This course provides instruction to those who are responsible for building or inspecting high power AI racks. Students read Eplan documentation, then build and inspect a test rack taught from IPC/WHMA-A-620.

Aerospace tracks, High Pressure Training and NASA-STD-8739.4 crimp and harness, can be delivered on site. J-STD-001 with Space Addendum and NASA-STD-8739.5 fiber stay listed with the harness work.

The class
This class is for data center rack technicians. Students read Eplan documentation, then build and inspect a test rack. Workmanship is judged by whether the hardware meets the standard.
Aerospace tracks can be delivered on site.
Aerospace, on site
This track is for fluids fabrication technicians. Tube fabrication, leak testing, hydro proof testing, fitting torque specs, tube pressure ratings.
Aerospace, on site
This track is for avionics wire harness technicians. Students build and inspect electrical cables and harnesses. Workmanship is judged by whether the hardware meets the standard.
