This course provides instruction to those who are responsible for building or inspecting high power AI racks. Students read Eplan documentation, then build and inspect a test rack taught from IPC/WHMA-A-620.

Data center track: Data Center Manufacturing taught from IPC/WHMA-A-620. Aerospace pressure track: High Pressure Training. Harness track: NASA-STD-8739.4 crimp and harness. J-STD-001 with Space Addendum and NASA-STD-8739.5 fiber stay listed with the harness work. Most courses can be delivered on site.

Nevada data center manufacturing uses assembly, rack cabling, and fiber. Those operations are taught in Data Center Manufacturing. Soldering, crimp and harness, and fiber are taught from J-STD-001 and NASA-STD-8739.

Data center
This track is for data center rack technicians. Students read Eplan documentation, then build and inspect a test rack. Workmanship is judged by whether the hardware meets the standard.
Aerospace pressure
This track is for fluids fabrication technicians. Tube fabrication, leak testing, hydro proof testing, fitting torque specs, tube pressure ratings.
Harness
This track is for avionics wire harness technicians. Students build and inspect electrical cables and harnesses. Workmanship is judged by whether the hardware meets the standard.
